Important Notice: Fidalgo Island Rotary/ Rotary International is a nonpartisan organization. Shipwreck Fest is a massive garage sale where the primary purpose is for vendors to sell their items in a family friendly, nonpartisan venue. In light of these guiding principles, no application from any political group will be accepted. Furthermore, applicants and vendors agree that they will not display, sell, give away, or otherwise dispense political materials.

Our previous layout of existing vendor spaces will need to be modified to accommodate the new parklets placed on Commercial Avenue. We will now be using portions of 10th to 3rd streets and have included a few side streets. Please bear in mind that all efforts will be made to accommodate vendors requesting the same space as previous years. DEADLINES for stores and vendors who wish to repeat their space from the previous year is May 1st.
You will receive a letter with your space assignment much closer to the event. Please return the enclosed form along with your vendor fee made payable to Fidalgo Island Rotary. To continue our effort to make this a “Greener” event we will not have dumpsters available for trash or unsold merchandise. All vendors are responsible for disposing of their own packing materials. Vendors not complying may be asked not to return next year.
