At the April 19th FUN Club meeting Bev Harrington, Rotary District 5050 District Governor, presented Peter Martin with the Service Above Self award. It is given by Rotary International to no more than 150 Rotarians worldwide each year, and is considered the highest honor RI can give to an individual Rotarian.
Thanks to Peter's idea to promote the concept of forming an alliance of small Rotary clubs in the area to work together on international projects, the International Project Alliance (IPA) was formed. Congratulations Peter and thank you for your dedication and commitment to RI and IPA!
