Happy 90th birthday to one of our favorite honorary members, David Rapella! On Thursday, members from both the Fidalgo Island Rotary and La Conner Rotary clubs gathered at Washington Park to celebrate 90 years of Dave. More than 30+ people gathered in the sunshine to enjoy cake, laugh with friends and enjoy some of Dave's best jokes. 90, feisty and still cookin'!
