On Thursday evening, June 3rd Troop 4911 of the Fidalgo Island Rotary
held a retirement flag ceremony for the Rosario Assisted Living Facility.
Many of the residents viewed the Scouts march with the new flag, bring
down the tattered flag, watched as the flag was folded for the last time as
a Scout explained the meaning of each fold, and finally the new
America flag was raised as everyone recited the "Pledge of Allegiance."
